►Bank Deposit: We accept bank transaction through BDO and BPI. It can be over the counter, online transfer or fund transfer. Bank details be provided upon ordering.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

►Do you have a Physical Store?: We don't. Our factory is located in Valenzuela but we don't have a physical store where you can drop by. We choose to operate online because we don't want to limit our services to Metro Manila only. The good thing about working online is it  is more convenient, faster and more affordable. Imagine getting a custom patches without leaving your place and be able to order them by just using your phone or pc, sounds good isn't it?

Besides, this is going to be a custom product so what you will be getting is not available in display once you go to a store unlike other products so going to a store is not necessary. What you need to see is the outcome of the  product of your personal design. We send pictures of the actual sample of your patch electronically (facebook, email or viber) and we can even send to you the physical sample so you can see it for yourself.

►Will I see a sample before full production?: Yes. We are committed in providing a outstanding service and satisfaction guarantee. We will make a sample of the patch and send you a high resolution picture of it electronically (Facebook, Email or Viber) for your approval. We will even send you the physical sample if you need to so you can check it physically. You can make edits and changes on the sample until you are 100% satisfied and if you are not satisfied, we will refund 100% of the amount paid for the deposit. We will only proceed to mass production once you approve it.

►What backing option do you have?: We have offer standard (for sew on patches), iron-on, Velcro and Safety Pin backing

►What materials are your patches made of?:

  • Embroidery Threads - We use only high quality embroidery threads. The type of thread we primarily use is Rayon which is known for durability but since not all colors are available anytime specially for not common colors, we also use other threads from different manufacturer to meet our customers needs.
  • Twill - We primarily use polyester cotton twill. Although most common colors are available, there are still other colors that are not available so we use other type of twills which have closest quality, texture and durability.

►What are your payment terms?: Philpatch requires at least a 50% deposit to proceed with the samples.  The payment deposit is fully refundable if you are not satisfied with the sample given to you. If you decide to continue after seeing the sample, you can still make changes or revisions on the sample until you are 100% satisfied so you are protected. Once approved, we will send you a picture of all the patches ready for ship out. The remaining balance needs to be paid before we ship out the patches.

►Do you require a minimum order quantity?: No we don't. You can even get just 1 patch but the bigger the quantity you get, the price per patch gets cheaper.

►What if I'm not satisfied with the sample?:  You can make edits and revisions on the sample until you are 100% satisfied on the product. We will need your approval before we proceed to mass production. For any reasons, you don't want to continue after seeing the sample, we will refund 100% of the amount you paid.

vIs this manual embroidery or digital embroidery?: Patches we make are all digitally embroidered.

►How long does the delivery take? We use LBC express (next day delivery) for our delivery so it takes only 1 day to get the patches delivered to you anywhere you are in the Philippines. We also have another delivery option which is Grab Express. It only takes a couple of hours to get the patches delivered to you. This option is subject for delivery charge and only available in selected cities.

►Why so expensive to get only 1 patch?: The process of making 1 and 100 patches is exactly the same. We will need to  load your design to your computer, simplify it for embroidery purposes. Next is our digitizer will need to meticulously plan and program the stitches that the machine needs to do in order to make your patch. This takes at least 1 hour or more per design depending on the complexity of your design. There's no short cut. We suggest that you get a bigger quantity so you can get a more reasonable price.

►Do you offer price match?: The price we provide is the lowest price in the market today this is why our competitors hate us so much. The price we provide is for high quality premium product which is not comparable for the price of poorly made products. Cheap patches are like cheap tattoos. For any reason you find a lower price than we provide,give us the price and will try to beat or match it.
